We offer weekly classes in a range of dance, meditation and yoga. Most classes are beginner appropriate (see descriptions for full details) with drop ins, class cards or membership options available. We offer a fun, non judgemental, and welcoming vibe plus a great physical practice! Class sizes are limited to get a highly personalized, valuable experience with our team of expert instructors.
MODERN JAZZ DANCE
Do you love to dance, or wish you could get back into it? This class focuses on the fundamentals of Modern Jazz dance based in the Simonson Technique. Emphasis on proper alignment, injury prevention and sequential, fluid use of the torso and spine are included. Rhythm, simple sequencing and complete warm up are included as well as learning a short dance. Come with your curiosity, willingness to move, discover, reconnect to your body, and have fun!
ROMMETT FLOOR-BARRE® BALLET
Zena Rommett Floor-Barre® Technique is done entirely on the floor and based in classical ballet principles. Lengthen muscles, find core support and practice alignment for better posture, balance and feeling more grounded. Effective for gently relieving issues such as lower back pain, tight hamstrings and rehabilitating injuries. No mat required. Please wear socks. Open to all levels.
Meditation is a simple yet powerful tool scientifically proven to heal body and mind. Enjoy this 45-minute class consisting of guided meditations, awareness of breath, and discussion to promote mindfulness, awareness, and positive transformation. All levels welcome.
YOGA VINYASA FLOW LEVEL 1 & 2
A mindfulness-based class including breathing practices, sun salutation sequences, and proper alignment emphasis. Feel invigorated and energized while calming your mind, body, and soul. Some previous yoga experience is recommended.
MONDAY NIGHT DANCE PARTY
Remember those nights going out dancing with friends and nothing felt better? Simple steps, kickin’ music and a welcoming community will have you feeling free and working up a sweat as you tone and condition your body. Open to all levels.
NIA DANCE WORKOUT
Combining dance, martial arts and mindfulness, the Nia Technique tones your body while transforming your mind. More than just a workout, Nia is a holistic fitness practice. Improve endurance, strengthen muscles, facilitate weight loss and increase grace and flexibility. Open to all levels.
