Here is some information that will help make your first visit a great experience!

  • Where are you located?

    • We are located at 450 7th Street, (between Adams and Jefferson). Our Center is located inside the Citadel Building at the street level.
      Be sure to enter through the ‘Boys’ entrance on 7th Street to the left of the stairs. At the hall turn left and check in is the door to your left.

       

  • What are your prices?

    • See our Prices page for full information including drop ins, packs and memberships.
       

  • How can I try a class for the first time?
    We offer a deeply discounted New Students First Week Unlimited!
    For Just $29 try 7 consecutive days of unlimited classes across any of our offerings, valid starting from the date of your first class visit.

  • How do I sign up for Classes or Workshops?

    • If you’ve never been to our studio before, you’ll have to create an account with MindBody. If you have a smartphone, you can download the MindBody Connect App for free and easily sign up for classes right from your phone:




       

    • Once your account is created, you can purchase classes and sign up for workshops and events. You can sign up for classes several days in advance or the day of. If you have signed up for a class and cannot attend, please login and cancel the class.
       

  • Is there parking near the Center?

    • There is street parking in our neighborhood. Look for the White Background Sides of the Street Signs marked "Hoboken Permit Parking, All Others 4 Hour Limit," if you do not have a Hoboken Resident Park Permit.

  • How early should I arrive to class?

    • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class.  This will allow you to check in, set up, and use the facilities if needed. Class starts promptly at the time indicated.
       

  • What if I am running late?

    • Students are welcome to come into class up to 5 minutes after it’s started. Please be courteous to fellow students and the instructor by coming in quietly and setting up.
       

  • What should I wear and do I need to bring anything, including a yoga mat?

    • We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for movement including leggings, sweats, tanks or t shirts. All our classes are done in socks or bare feet. Street shoes are not allowed on our studio floors. You are welcome to wear thin sole dance shoes if that is your preference. A towel is good to have for the more cardio intense dance classes including Nia. For yoga, you are welcome to bring your own mat. If you do not have one, we have extras on hand that can be used at no additional charge. Our other classes, including Floor Barre and Meditation do not require any other special equipment.
       

  • Do I have to have dance, meditation or yoga experience to take classes?

    • Our Center welcomes both new and experienced students! 
      Check the class descriptions to ensure they are a good fit. Many of our classes are noted as open to all, so it only requires your curiosity if you are a beginner! We are a relaxed, judgement-free space, so we are the perfect place to try something new.

       

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • If you sign up for a workshop, or class and cannot attend, you will be credited the cost of the class or workshop back to your account and you can use it for classes or another workshop. Cancellations must be made prior to the start of the scheduled event in order to receive credit. Please be sure to note the Workshop or Series Cancellation policy at the bottom of your event's sign up information, or on your email receipt when you are registering for sales terms including expiration periods. All sales are final.
